Countdown to VictoryPlease join fellow Democrats from Southwest Missouri in the annual Jackson Days celebration in Springfield. We will be meeting on Friday, April 8 for free networking and nibbling at the Ramada Oasis Hotel & Convention Center (2446 N Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, Missouri). Browse information booths of political and community organizations and enjoy complimentary food and drink. There will also be a silent auction; you can bid on hundreds of items, including jewelry, home décor, political campaign collectibles, books, and much more! [To donate auction items, take them to the Greene County Democratic Headquarters at 1764 S Fremont Avenue in Springfield, or call 417-886-8980 by April 1.] You may also want to help by bringing nonperishable, single-serve food items (peanut butter crackers, granola bars, etc.) to the Democratic HQ in advance or to the Oasis Friday night. This is a Greene County project to help homeless in the community.
